Wine Maker’s and Whiskey Dinner at Reinstein Ranch on June 8, 2017

Join Double Barrel Wine Bar, Vasco Urbano Wine Company, Nottingham Cellars, and Sutherland Distilling at Reinstein Ranch’s Farmhouse for a very special evening. Four course dinner paired with Vasco Urbano & Nottingham Cellars award-winning wines. The evening will conclude with dessert paired with hand-crafted whiskey from Sutherland Distilling.  Seats are limited.  Sales begin 4/18/17 and conclude 5/30/17.  Due to the nature of the dinner, minors are not permitted and special dietary needs may not be able to be accommodated.

Amuse Bouche – Grilled Frog Hollow White Peach, creamed honey, goat cheese, 2016 Sauvignon Blanc Nottingham Cellars.
First Course – Suncrest Hills Farms Baby Red Oak Salad, toasted almonds, strawberries, raspberry puree, Meyer lemon vinagraitte, 2016 Rose Nottingham Cellars.
Second Course – Grilled Pork Belly Endive Boat, five bean medley, cherry beurre rouge, 2014 Granache Vasco Urbano.
Third Course – Seared Filet Mignon, Yukon gold potato puree, broccoli Romanesco, peppercorn compound butter, 2013 Supremacy Nottingham Cellars.
Fourth Course – Sweet & Salty Caramel Truffle, scrumptious butter caramel with unrefined Celtic & Himalayan salts covered in smooth dark chocolate, Devil’s Eye Rye Whiskey Sutherland Distillery.
